I recently read the book Omnivore’s dilemma, a book about our messed up food supply. Almost everything we consume contains wheat or corn. We are a nation that consumes more processed factory food that any other country in the world. Before StickerGiant I was employed by Whole Foods Markets, where I learned a different ethic, one about the quality and the art of food. Thankfully food artisans are alive and well in this country thanks to consumers who are looking for something that tastes different.
