I like food, especially cheese. Miss Bonnie’s is a cheese spread that I have become addicted to, it is incredible. There are 2 flavors; Jalapeno and Pimento. I like the Jalapeno, hot enough but not too hot.

Miss Bonnie is also known as Bonnie Adleman. She made cheese spreads for family events and freinds gatherings but never made it commercially. A friend, who also happened to be a deli manager at a Kroger store approached Miss Bonnie about carrying her spreads in Kroger stores. A deal was struck and the idea took off. Bonnie’s husband designed the first labels and Bonnie made the spreads by hand one batch at a time.
