After 9-11 the President’s fleet of helicopters was evaluated and upgraded with the latest in technology. One of the improvements were new hi-lift helicopter blades developed by Carson Helicopters. Carson Helicopters re-engineers and retrofits various Sikorsky designed Helicopters and for special uses like fire fighting search and rescue and wildlife support. Carson designs and manufactures its own specialized components.
