Thin Blue Line

I saw a bumper sticker the other day that was just a thin blue line. I wondered what it was and then forgot about it. Then I saw this story about these stickers. The thin blue line is a police fraternal symbol of unity. Very cool how something as simple as a piece of sticky vinyl with some blue ink on it can unite and help bond a community together. This is common, people put stickers on things as a way of saying, "hey this is what I am into" and it works well to communicate priorities and beliefs. Do you know how some of your neighbors will vote? I bet you do. Do you know who in your neighborhood like to hunt? fish? ride motorcycles, stickers provide evidence of these hobbies as well.
