Question #1: When will my order ship?

Answer: Orders are shipped every business day at StickerGiant. We do our best to ship orders placed on StickerGiant's website or over the phone the next business day. Sometimes things happen. One time Roller Girl skated over someone's foot and we had to take a field trip to the ER. If you order Priority or Express, we'll ship your order before heading to the ER.

Question #2: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Answer: We ship our orders via the United States Postal Service. After your order leaves the warehouse, First Class Mail can take from 3 to 10 business days . Priority Mail generally arrives in 2-3 business days but some destinations will take 4-5 days to deliver to.

Question #3: What is your return policy?

Answer: Any unused products can be returned to us for a refund of the product price but not the initial shipping charge. Damaged products will be promptly replaced. We may ask you to return the damaged product to us so that we can identify product quality issues. We offer a lifetime return guarantee on Bumper Stickers. If you can scrape it off your car, we'll send you a new one.

Answer: If a t-shirt is added to your shopping cart from a category or search results page you will not be promted for a T-Shirt size.
