Bub Comedy: Longmont Laugh Fest 2016

Sponsored Stickers Bub Comedy Longmont Laugh Fest 2016

Bub Comedy, or as they like to say, "locally brewed laughter," will be hosting the Longmont Laugh Fest 2016 from Thursday to Saturday, August 25th-27th. They printed up a retro type-forward sticker with a green-to-yellow gradient as their text color, with a bold, black background. This is an eye-catcher, for sure, and people who attend the many events around town over the three days will have a memorable piece of stickiness to take with them. We are in with some terrific local sponsors, which always makes us proud.

There are bunch of events around Longmont at different venues, all of which support many local ventures. This time, it's all about making people laugh. From open mic comedy to a street fair and headliners from across the country, there's something for every type of funny bone at the Longmont Laugh Fest. Thanks to The Loft at Instant Imprints, SKEYE Brewing, Wibby Brewing, and 300 Suns Brewing for hosting all of these events over the three days.

Check out Bub Comedy on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.

Happy Riding at Long Mont Velo

Friendly shop for happy riding with custom logo stickers found at the brand new Long Mont Velo bike shop.

There are so many reasons (all of them good!) to ride a bike. Whether it's for a daily commute, the Sunday ride, or a simple joyride to the local brewpub, transport by bike sharpens your mind, fills your soul, and helps your physical well being. And addressing all of those needs is where your local bike shop (LBS) rolls in.

We're happy to announce the opening of a new LBS here in Longmont: Long Mont Velo. These folks are on a mission to provide a place that is friendly and helpful no matter the bike or reason you're getting your pedal on. Paul, the owner/mechanic,  once owned 50 bikes and can help you decide if your old bike is worth fixing up--or if you should test out one of the sweet rides they have on their sales floor. Long Mont Velo also has you covered from head to toe with apparel and accessories. They have some cool ideas for the shop, too, from hosting fun events like art/brewery cruiser rides, movie nights, game nights and group rides.

In preparing for the shop opening, they printed up stickers to help promote their name in the local community. Now, when locals stop in to get bikes and repairs, they can walk out with a sticker on their bike tube or car bumper. Check them out on Facebook and Twitter. and stop by. They are right across the street from Longmont High School on the northwest side of Longmont's Old Town.

Welcome to Town Long Mont Velo!

Longmont Sunrise Stampede 2016

This weekend the Longmont Sunrise Stampede will be hitting the road for a family-oriented 2-mile run/walk and a 10k run on a certified course. The Stampede has raised over $210,000 for the St. Vrain Valley School district. Race proceeds will fund classroom grants for students with special needs. It's part of the Four Race Series, a series of four local, unique, totally independent events work together to promote each other, and offer a nice raffle prize for the participants. They each have their own community feel, organizers and beneficiaries.

$1,000 prize to the winner of the raffle drawing, prize contributed by each of the four participating events. All finishers from all four events are put into the drawing. The more events you finish, the better the chance you have of winning.

We designed a fun event sticker sheet for them with small tear offs of shoes, a clock, a water bottle, a race bib number, and a fun inspirational phrase that says "Find Your Happy Pace." We also printed up their logo for their swag bags. Whether it's a custom logo sticker or a sticker sheet, StickerGiant is always ready to print up sweet event stickers.

Take a Stroll at Artwalk Longmont

There's nothing better than bringing community together around art. Artwalk Longmont is a collaboration of downtown businesses, sponsors and local artists to put a great showcase of art and music three times over the summer months.

This coming Saturday, July 16th is the second in the three part series of artwalks hosted in downtown Longmont. From 4pm to 8pm there will be live artist demonstrations, interactive, activities, free musical performances, and visit our sponsor venues for pop-up artist exhibits.

Artwalk Longmont printed up some colorful sticker sheets with fun designs illustrating the art, performance, and music side of the event, as well as a stoplight with a walking person in the green light for "Go."

We are excited to sponsor the event with these stickers and will be rolling down the artwalk with Saul the World's Largest Sticker Ball set up at our tent for the night. Stop by, say hello and slap a sticker on the ball. He is a piece of sticker art like no other, crowned by Guinness World Records as the largest of his kind.

The final Artwalk Longmont will be on September 17th, so mark your calendar.

Longmont Startup Week 2016

It's the second annual Longmont Startup Week, right here in our backyard and hometown. This six-day extravaganza is packed with stories of startup struggles and successes, entrepreneurs forging ideas into reality, outstanding learning and networking opportunities and, of course, fun! Attendance is FREE at 70+ community events and 95 speakers, including keynotes, talks, panel discussions, mentoring, adventures and more.

For Longmont Startup Week we printed up custom stickers featuring the classic Startup Week snow globe, but with a twist: there's a heart-shaped balloon soaring over our majestic twin peaks of Longs Peak and Mount Meeker, two of Rocky Mountain National Park's tallest summits. A nice mix of blues makes for an iconic sticker for all event attendees to sport.

We are embracing the community by getting involved with a couple things, including Saul the World's Largest Sticker Ball making an appearance.

Nearly 20,000 people will gather in Roger's Grove in this weekend, July 10th and 11th, where they’ll celebrate an annual St. Vrain Valley tradition, 2015 Rhythm on the River, a free festival that showcases the beauty and environment of Longmont, Colorado through song, dance and craft.

StickerGiant got in on this year’s sponsorship action with a contribution of stickers to a giant art community art project using recycled materials, where participants in the Discovery District will decorate a wooden plane in stickers. Why not come on out from 9am to 4pm to contribute your artistic voice?

Thanks to the Longmont Museum, Front Range Community College and the Longmont Public Library helping coordinate this interactive exhibition.
