StickerGiant Takes the Fresh Lean Challenge

Fresh Lean Champ!

Eleven StickerGiant employees recently took up the challenge to see how much weight could be lost over a ten week period. To sweeten the deal, a cash prize was offered to be the person with the highest percentage of weight loss from start to finish.

Over the course of that time, the participants collectively lost a total of 107 pounds, with four folks losing ten pounds a piece. Super cool!

So how did we do it?

"We biked, we ellipticalled, we treadmilled, we walked, we hiked, we ran, we lifted weights, and we rowed," explained Amy. "We drank more water, we watched what we ate, and we transformed our thoughts."

All-in-all, the Magnificent Eleven logged more than "900 hours of sweat and watching calories."

Mini-challenges included a 1.5 mile jog, a temptation breakfast and nutrition questions, and a grueling slate of resistance tests (wall sits, planks, lateral arm raises).

Tom took the top spot, losing a whopping 12.47% of his starting body weight. He's on his way to a total personal weight loss of 100 pounds.

Winner, Winner, (lean) Chicken Dinner!

"The challenge raised our energy, struck up some friendly competition and simply got us moving!" said Amy. "Of course I'd do it again, it ended up being a lot more fun than I thought it would".

Foodist Stickers: Absolutely Scrumptious!

What if you could simply change what you're eating to "use real food and real science to lose weight, without dieting?"

That's the premise behind Darya Pino Rose's highly-acclaimed new book, Foodist.

It's all about loving food. The right foods. At the right times.

No more sacrifice. No more deprivation.

As Dara explains in this trailer, "Foodist will help you stop dieting and start living."

Well-designed stickers are thin, delicious, and a great way to promote just about anything ... even books!

Stickers slip weightlessly into envelopes and between pages. They bring delight to fans. They stick around long after the press release has been filed.

Foodist's stickers are especially delightful, with scrumptious colors and a delightful die-cut outline. Take a gander at that sans serif logo and you can't help but think of fresh leafy greens, plump ripe tomatoes, vitamin c-packed oranges, and a delicious bunch of grapes. It's a meal and a sticker, all in one!
