Jesse's Don't Choke Artichoke Dip

Games have been part of Jesse’s life since he was six years old. From watching college football rivalry games, to his dad setting him up on the old Apple II computers to play some of the first video games. He has never grown out of his affinity for playing video games, from PCs to every next generation console they can come up with. He is a bit of a completionist too, so he spends hours on finding collectibles and exploring every part of the vast digital worlds created through this medium. The only difference from being a kid to now is that Game Night has turned to Game Morning. He enjoys waking up first thing on the weekends to take on his next gaming challenge. When family gets together, there is always a fun mix of football and basketball games on to watch and the occasional board game.


Cheese-Wheel-Icon-for-StickerGiant-Cookbook Ingredients

1 15-ounce can quartered artichokes, in water. 

1 8-ounce can diced green chilies

½ cup mayonnaise

1 cup parmesan cheese, grated


Mixing-Spoon-Icon-for-StickerGiant-Cookbook Directions

Preheat oven to 350º F

Drain artichokes and cut into small pieces

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well

Pour mix into a 9 inch pan, or a 9x13 inch pan if you are doubling the recipe

Bake for 30 minutes

Pair with your choice of corn or tortilla chips. Jesse prefers blue corn chips
