Al's Chicken Marsala

This easy and tasty recipe has quickly become a favorite in Al's household. Gathering around a deck of cards with a delicious meal is a recipe for a great time for all.
1 pound, boneless and skinless chicken breast.
1 container of sliced mushrooms
¼ cup Marsala wine
Butter for frying vegetables
Oil for frying chicken
All purpose flour for breading chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
Dredge chicken in flour and salt.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium skillet.
Add the chicken breast fry in skillet until brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add container of sliced mushrooms and 1 more tablespoon of butter; continue sauteing mushrooms until cooked.
When mushrooms have softened, add ¼ cup of Marsala wine; continue cooking until the mixture thickens a little.
Note: you can add corn starch slurry if you prefer a thicker sauce.
Add the chicken breast, cover and cook for enough time to reheat the chicken.
Serve with your choice of side dish, and enjoy!
