CinnaBrownies are the perfect treat to go along with a fun night of Beer Pong and/or Flip Cup. The reason why Sam loves CinnaBrownies is because they were created while he was having friends over one night, as they enjoyed a casual game of beer pong. They could not decide whether they wanted to make cinnamon rolls or brownies, so they decided to compromise, and came up with this wacky creation that is CinnaBrownies. This is a very hearty treat, so it’s best to be shared with others, and the best time to do that is when you’re having fun with some drinks. Sam specifically enjoys playing beer pong and/or flip cup because they are great games that can involve many people at one time. Cheers!
2 cups sugar
1 ½ sticks unsalted butter, melted
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tube Pillsbury Original Cinnamon Rolls with Icing
Preheat oven to 350º F.
In a large bowl, combine 2 sugar, melted butter, and salt and mix well.
Whisk 3 eggs into mixture.
Stir in unsweetened cocoa powder and flour.
Prepare a 9 x 9 inch baking pan with non-stick spray or butter.
Pour batter into baking pan, and bake for 15 minutes.
While brownies are baking, unravel the Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls into long strips
After 15 minutes, take the pan out of the oven, place the strips of Cinnamon Rolls across the pan, covering the top layer with each strip. Press down each strip lightly to hold in place.
Put pan back in oven, and continue backing for another 15-17 minutes, or until cooked through.
Take the CinnaBrownies out of the oven, and drizzle the Pillsbury icing over the top of the dish.
Let cool for 15 minutes.
Cut, serve, and enjoy!
