Todd is on the Production Team at StickerGiant
Fantasy Football is one of Todd’s favorite hobbies, and this year he was in 10 leagues, which meant a lot of fantasy draft parties. These Sweet N’ Spicy Sticky Bison Balls are always a hit at fantasy draft parties, and any game night with friends and family. Bring these sweet and spicy meatballs to your next game night and you can be a winner too!
1 pound ground bison
2 cloves garlic, minced
⅓ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoon chili pepper sauce
½ cup grape jelly (or your favorite jam / marmalade)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
3 cups water
Combine ground bison, minced garlic cloves, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix. Divide mixture into meatballs the size of your choice.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs for about 10 minutes or until they are nicely browned on all sides.
Add the chili pepper sauce, grape jelly or your favorite marmalade, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and water to skillet and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and cook until your sauce thickens, basting your meatballs with the sauce as you cook for extra flavor.
Your Fantasy Football Draft Party will Love These Balls!
