Meatballs

1 pound lean ground beef

¼ cup Panko breadcrumbs

1 egg

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped

¼ cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped

3 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon sesame seeds, optional

 

Dipping sauce

3 tablespoons sesame oil

¼ cup soy sauce

1 fresh lime juice

1 green onion chopped

Preheat the oven to 400º F

Mix all the ingredients for your meatballs together

Roll into individual balls, and set on a baking sheet 

Bake at 400º F for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Bake time will also depend on the size of meatballs you make

While meatballs are baking, mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside for dipping

Enjoy your meatballs by themselves with the sauce, or top a salad with them and use the tasty sauce as your dressing
