1 cup plant based butter

1 cup coconut sugar

1 cup white sugar

4 eggs, room temperature (to make these vegan, use 8 tablespoons of Aquafaba)

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ cup dark cocoa powder

½ cup regular coca powder

1 cup "1-1" gluten-free flour

1 ½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon Maldon sea salt

Let eggs reach room temperature

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Then add the eggs and vanilla.

Beat mixture until well incorporated.

Add the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Whisk until incorporated. Pour batter into a greased or parchment paper lined 9x13 inch baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 32-36 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool slightly (at least 15mins) before cutting.
