Cierra's Raspberry Creamcake Bars

1 pint raspberries
½ cup granulated sugar
4 tablespoons raspberry Jell-O mix
1 package graham crackers, plus 4 extra
½ cup (one stick) melted butter
8 ounces (one package) cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces (one tub) Cool Whip
To create raspberry fruit mixture, wash and dry all raspberries.
Place a pot on the stovetop on medium heat.
Combine raspberries, jello mix, and granulated sugar.
Mix, breaking the fruit as the pot comes to heat.
Bring the mixture to a slight boil, then remove from heat, letting cool completely.
To create graham cracker crust, crush the graham grackers into a fine mixture.
Add one stick of melted butter, mix to combine.
Add mixture to a 9x13 pan, pressing firmly to create an even layer of crust. Refrigerate to harden.
To create cream filling, combine cream cheese, Cool Whip, and powdered sugar in a bowl, blending together with a hand mixer until smooth.
To assemble, once the crust has hardened, carefully spread the cream mixture in an even layer on top of the graham crackers.
In an even layerpour the cooled raspberry mixture on top of the cream layer.
Refrigerate to fully harden, then cut into desired pieces to eat!
