Business Process Analyst at StickerGiant

The​ Business Process Analyst ​is an expert facilitator who helps discover solutions for stakeholders. You are the key interface between the internal users and the IT team to gather information, document processes, and confirm the final user requirements. You are an analytical thinker and observer who can define business needs and extract the requirements for what must be delivered. Your natural strength as a clear and patient communicator helps you explain difficult concepts to users. You are a whiz at writing clear requirements and creating process diagrams or other materials that further support the business’ needs. You have a keen sense for what key details are missing and the potential impacts and challenges to the solution.



  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders analyze those requirements
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
  • Document and communicate the results of your efforts
  • Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Perform user acceptance testing
  • Develop focused user training materials in support of process or system changes
  • Update, implement and maintain procedures
  • Manage competing resources and priorities
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in business analysis or a related field


  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to build solutions
  • Excellent documentation skills, including tailoring documentation to different audiences as appropriate
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Competency in Microsoft and/or Google productivity applications
  • Proficiency in work tracking software such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.
