Production Supervisor for Production Operations at StickerGiant

The ​Production Supervisor - Production Operations ​coordinates day-to-day activities of a production team to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Production Supervisor will help oversee the Production Operations group which includes sticker and label digital printing with HP Indigo presses and multiple styles of digital finishing and cutting machines. You are passionate about process improvements and increasing quality while also growing and recognizing individual team members. You are the eyes and ears of the team and you remain committed to removing obstacles to drive great team performance.



  • Support Director of Production with team / people oversight of production operations

  • Coordinate team schedules, support and effective practices for production workflow

  • Oversee quality standards and overall quality process for all products

  • Instrumental in executing talent development plans through the implementation of a skills matrix

  • Develop a cross-training schedule and development outcomes for each team member

  • Maintain a high degree of visibility, access and open communication with all team members

  • Apply lean-based tools and best practices to guide continuous improvement projects

  • Prioritize important issues and collaborate with Director of Production on solutions related to internal workflows, process, product quality and personnel

  • Model core values of being all in for the greater good of StickerGiant, competent, and positive energy

  • Handle conflict in a thoughtful, forthright and timely manner

  • Support the development of each team member through training, coaching and mentoring



  • Completion of High School education or equivalent

  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • 1 year+ direct team / people leadership experience



  • Innate ability to build great relationships and embrace people leadership

  • Dynamic communication skills, written and verbal

  • Critical thinking; ability to problem-solve using empirical / data-driven approaches

  • Proficient with mechanical operation, manufacturing processes and procedures

  • Superb attention to detail, product quality and safety procedures

  • Interest and ability to grow professionally with support from StickerGiant

  • Basic computer knowledge and skills (email, Word, Excel)

  • Experience with Lean manufacturing or lean production tools preferred

  • Six Sigma Certification preferred



  • Duties require standing (except breaks and lunch) throughout working shift for 8 to 12 hours

  • Able to use a computer, keyboard, phone

  • Visual acuity at short distances - able to detect variances in orders and cut marks

  • Able to lift 10 lbs. continuously and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.

  • Occasional climbing, stooping, bending and overhead reaching

  • Frequent walking

  • Fine hand manipulation

  • Grasping and gripping
