We love to make custom stickers and labels fast. In doing so, we offer FREE Shipping on all orders. We use UPS for our shipping, but it’s ultimately your choice for how you’d like them shipped to you. Our goal is to make things easy and get your custom orders to you as fast as we can print them.
Common Questions about Shipping
CAN YOU SHIP MY STICKERS OVERNIGHT?
Yes, we can. UPS Expedited shipping such as 2nd Day, 3 Day and Next Day Air are also available. Usually, upgraded shipping costs are extra so we'll let you know what that will cost ahead of time before we ship expedited. If we have the proof approved by 12pm MST we'll get to work printing your stickers or labels and bring your design to life. Stickers and labels are printed in 1 to 2 business days, and then shipped to you!
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
At the present time, we offer Free Shipping to Canada. When we ship to Canada, duties and the taxes on the shipment will be taken care of too! We also ship to Mexico, and all U.S. territories including American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. For these countries and territories, we offer optional pre-pay at checkout for duties and taxes or payment upon package receipt.
WHAT IF MY STICKERS NEED TO BE SENT TO A PO BOX?
No problem, just let us know ahead of time, and we'll take care of the details. We are experienced with this kind of shipping, so no worries. Besides, we are here to help. We'll use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for these shipments.
DO HAWAII, ALASKA OR PUERTO RICO FALL INTO YOUR U.S. SHIPPING?
We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. These shipments are offered with FREE USPS Priority Mail Shipping.
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING TO AN APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESS?
10-4, just let us know ahead of time and we'll take care of the details, we have shipped a lot to military addresses so it is not a big deal. We do use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for these shipments.
CAN YOU SHIP MY STICKERS USING MY FEDEX ACCOUNT?
Yes, we do this all the time. While we use UPS Standard, we are happy to ship out using FedEx too. Just inform us, get your account number to us and we'll take it from there.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
You bet. Every time an order ships you will get an email with a tracking number to see exactly where it is at. We also do our best to send you a picture of your stickers as the order is getting processed for shipping from our sticker factory.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Our shipping partners are an important part of our business, and we do our best to work with them and get things right, but things can happen when a package is picked up and sent, we get it. If something happens to your package during shipment, please let us know within 30 days of the delivery date (or your quoted delivery date for any expedited shipments) if your order arrived late, damaged, or never arrived and was lost in shipment.

CAN YOU SPLIT SHIP? CAN YOU BLIND SHIP?
We can split ship, there may be additional costs associated with split ships. And we can blind ship, just let us know that's what you want. A blind shipment will be a plain brown box with just a shipping label.
WHAT IF MY STICKERS DO NOT ARRIVE ON TIME?
We will do everything we possibly can to ship your stickers on time. Sometimes things happen in transit that are beyond our control. Our advice is to allow at least one extra day for that “just in case” situation.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK AROUND BUSINESS DAYS AND HOLIDAYS?
Our shipments go out Monday through Friday in line with our production schedule and hours, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship from our sticker factory on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Day After, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve Day, New Year’s Day
