At StickerGiant, we understand the importance of being able to deliver on quick turnarounds. We also know that after getting a custom order processed, it’s not fun to see those shipping fees add up. That is why we offer FREE ground shipping on orders in the United States and Canada.

Shipping times and arrival dates will vary based on the destination, but here is a map to give you a better indication. We use UPS (United Parcel Service) as our primary source for shipping, unless otherwise requested.

UPS picks up our custom sticker order boxes at 6PM MST every business day. For sticker orders, if you approve your proof by 12pm MST, our crew will get your stickers printed and shipped the Next Business Day.

Can you ship my stickers overnight?

Yes, we can. UPS Expedited shipping such as 2nd Day, 3 Day and Next Day Air are also available. Usually, upgraded shipping costs are extra so we'll let you know what that will cost ahead of time before we ship expedited. If we have the proof approved by 12pm MST they will ship out the Next Business Day. More about turnaround and production times.

Do you offer International Shipping?

At the present time, we offer Free Shipping to Canada. When we ship to Canada, we take care of the duties and the taxes on the shipment. Check out this helpful UPS page on Canadian Customs. We also ship to the following countries: Albania, Argentina Australia, Brasil, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Columbia, Costa Rica, Finland, France, Greece, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Paraguay, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Signapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.

What if my stickers need to be sent to a PO Box?

No problem, just let us know ahead of time, and we'll take care of the details, We are experienced with this kind of shipping, so no worries. Besides, we are here to help. We'll use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for these shipments.

Do Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico fall into your U.S. Shipping?

We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. These shipments are offered with USPS shipping so are not eligible for our free ground shipping.

What about shipping to an APO/FPO/DPO military address?

10-4, just let us know ahead of time and we'll take care of the details, we have shipped a lot to military addresses so it is not a big deal. We do use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for these shipments.

Can you ship my stickers using my FedEx account?

Yes, we do this all the time. While we use UPS standard, we are happy to ship out using FedEx too. Just inform us, get your account number to us and we'll take it from there.

How does shipping work around Business Days and Holidays?

Our shipments go out Monday through Friday in line with our production schedule and hours, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship from our sticker factory on the following holidays:

Will I get a Tracking Number for my order?

You bet. Every time an order ships you will get an email with a tracking number to see exactly where it is at. We also do our best to send you a picture of your stickers as the order is getting processed for shipping from our sticker factory.

What If My Package Arrives Damaged?

Things happen when a package is picked up and sent. Weather and unforeseen incidents always seem to occur when we least suspect it. That being said, if your package arrives and it looks like it has been damaged, DO NOT accept it from UPS, or other sources. If a package is left at the location, and it looks damaged, please call us so that we can send UPS to collect it and document the damages. If accepted, it takes the liability away from them. If this is the case, refuse delivery and contact us right away so we can get more stickers going on our end to fix the situation.

Can you split ship? Can you blind ship?

We can split ship, there are additional costs associated with split ships. And we can blind ship, just let us know that's what you want.
