Customer Experience Director


The Customer Experience Director sets the tone, vision, and direction of the Customer Experience team at StickerGiant.  You are a true people leader. Your personal core value is FUN and you bring it everyday.  You know how to develop future leaders and motivate teams while also serving as a customer experience champion.  You have a brain for great operational methods and a passion for measuring and forecasting numbers for team and company performance.  Collaboration and outstanding communication skills are in your DNA. You have listened to every StickerGiant podcast and blog post, so you know a thing or two about our products, customers and great culture.    


  • Lead a team of customer experience professionals to deliver value to eCommerce customers

  • Develop each member of the team through hiring, performance management, career/professional development and regular coaching

  • Serve as the voice for StickerGiant customers throughout business operations decisions to ensure a consistent experience

  • Develop Account Management strategies to ensure priority customers achieve their goals and renew orders with StickerGiant

  • Participate on the leadership team for StickerGiant and be a key influencer with the group for new ideas and opportunities for advancing the business

  • Consistently seek ways to streamline the customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives and workflow automation

  • Handle customer escalations, ensuring the best possible experience for all customers and StickerGiant team members

  • Drive and oversee productivity metrics, financial forecasting and costs related to Customer Experience team

  • Proactively develop strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets

  • Provide backup support by taking calls and handling orders during high volume activity



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Psychology or related discipline preferred

  • Minimum of 7-9 years of related work-related experience in a similar role plus 2 years of team leadership

  • Continuous improvement training in Lean Six Sigma or Agile Method preferred



  • Mac literate, Adobe Illustrator, Slack, Google Docs, Zendesk preferred

  • Great track record of leadership, especially developing and retaining top talent

  • Leadership style inclusive of humor, fun, and a positive attitude

  • Deep understanding of the ROI of excellent customer service

  • Experience with value delivery to customers and effectively solving problems quickly and effectively

  • Experience (or distinct preference to join a business) with strong business operations, refined financial stewardship, and employee ownership culture

  • Ability to embrace and follow a common business framework such as Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and Open Book Management

  • Experience working within strong business operational frameworks

  • Experience in Account Management or overseeing an Account Management team

  • Highly organized with a focus on execution, problem-solving, and improving business operations

  • Analytical mindset; regularly evaluate solutions using values-based rigor

  • Adaptability to work under pressure, sometimes with competing deadlines and schedules

  • Bonus points if you have read What the Heck is EOS (Gino Wickman) or know about EOS and Open Book Management / The Great Game of Business
