LinkedIn Giveaway Terms & Conditions

• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to StickerGiant and Resource Label Group. This competition is to win 1000 custom stickers.
• By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM MST on Wednesday, January 31st. One (1) winner from the USA will be selected at random by The Promoter on Thursday, February 1st, and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
• This competition, hosted on LinkedIn, is open only to residents of the USA. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
• This contest or sweepstakes is neither sponsored by nor endorsed by LinkedIn.
• Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
• To enter the giveaway, entrants must complete a form on a designated giveaway landing page. This form will require the entrant to provide their full name, email address, company/organization name, industry, and state. Participation in the giveaway is contingent upon submitting this form with accurate and complete information. No engagement with the social media post on LinkedIn is necessary for entry into the competition. However, entrants are encouraged to share the LinkedIn giveaway post with their network and follow StickerGiant’s LinkedIn profile for updates and announcements related to the giveaway.
• The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered using a random number generator. 
• The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
• The winner of the 1000 custom stickers has the flexibility to split these stickers into multiple designs and materials. However, please note that the minimum quantity for each individual design is 50 stickers. Additionally, it is important for the winner to understand that all stickers, regardless of the number of designs or materials chosen, must be ordered in a single transaction. The winner will not have the option to separate this prize into multiple orders; the entire quantity of 1000 stickers must be specified and ordered at one time. 
• The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.​
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• The winner’s name, business, and LinkedIn profile may be posted on the LinkedIn profile of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.

Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to StickerGiant and Resource Label Group. This competition is to win 250 custom stickers or labels, 125 custom stickers or labels, and 50 custom stickers. 
• By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM MST on Sunday, June 15th. Three (3) winners from the USA will be selected at random by The Promoter on Monday, June 16th, and the winner will be notified on or after this date. 
• This competition, hosted on Instagram, is open only to residents of the USA. Three (3) winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. 
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

One additional entry by sharing the giveaway post to Instagram Story or Threads, and five additional entries by joining for our email list. Participation in the giveaway is contingent upon completing these actions.
• The Prize will be awarded to three (3) randomly selected winners who have entered using a random number generator.
