The Event Manager is the master of experiential brand moments. At StickerGiant, you will create unique opportunities for our customers to engage with our products in-person. This position requires familiarity with local businesses, venues, and promotional events. The Event Manager will handle all aspects of event planning with support from our Marketing team and partners. You are well-versed in budgeting, trade-show production, and managing events from concept to completion.
Business Process Analyst
The Business Process Analyst is an expert facilitator who helps discover solutions for stakeholders. You are the key interface between the internal users and the IT team to gather information, document processes, and confirm the final user requirements. You are an analytical thinker and observer who can define business needs and extract the requirements for what must be delivered. Your natural strength as a clear and patient communicator helps you explain difficult concepts to users. Technology Project Manager
The Technology Project Manager will oversee delivery of technology improvements for StickerGiant’s systems. The role is responsible for successful end-to-end delivery of IT solutions that meet StickerGiant’s evolving business needs, which have a direct impact on StickerGiant’s efficiency, cost, revenue and innovation at the company. Your ability to gather stakeholder feedback, search for patterns and synthesize information to deliver a project on-time and on-budget is your greatest gift. Customer Support Supervisor
The Customer Support Supervisor serves as the heart and soul of StickerGiant customers. This position oversees our talented Customer Support Representatives who are experts on building great customer relationships. You thrive on taking the reins to solve issues and remove obstacles for others. You are driven to develop your team and keep them focused on the road ahead. You are the master of juggling many tasks simultaneously and have an innate ability to improve operational issues through process improvement. You thrive in a fast-growth, dynamic place where new challenges surface daily.
The Pre-Press Operator has the primary responsibility to create and configure final print-ready files for large-scale digital printing manufacturing. The Pre-Press Operator is the final expert to create accurate files and proofs during production preparation. This role keeps an acute eye on the final measurements, dimensions, quality and accuracy of art files to ensure they are production-ready. You are already familiar with pre-press and industry standard printing practices. You know the difference between a vector and raster and you can spot image resolution issues in a heartbeat. Balancing rush jobs with your normal workflow is a breeze and you look for new ways to continuously improve the process.
The Laser Operator's primary focus is to deliver digital printing expertise at large scale. You are a creative problem-solver who never tires with the thrill of getting things just right to make a high-quality product. Your mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are your strengths, but you also love to learn and share your knowledge with others. Staying positive, going the extra mile, and thinking up better ways to do things all come naturally to you.
Finishing Production Assistant
The Finishing Production Assistant serves as the final stage of production for kiss cut and die cut stickers prior to the packaging and shipping stages of customer orders. At times, you may be required to operate other production machinery and equipment (the shrink wrap machine and shipping / packaging station). Speed, accuracy and quality are your passions, but especially your ability to support the team and adapt to changes in order volume. Being a supportive member of a team and being “All In” come naturally to you.
The Rewind Operator serves as the final stage of production for stickers and labels finished on a roll prior to the packaging and shipping stages of customer orders. At times, you may be required to operate other production machinery and equipment (e.g. shrink wrap machine and packaging / shipping station). Speed, accuracy and quality are your passions, but especially your ability to support the team and adapt to changes in order volume. Being a supportive member of a team and being “All In” come naturally to you.
Production Supervisor for Production Operations
The Production Supervisor - Production Operations coordinates day-to-day activities of a production team to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Production Supervisor will help oversee the Production Operations group which includes sticker and label digital printing with HP Indigo presses and multiple styles of digital finishing and cutting machines. You are passionate about process improvements and increasing quality while also growing and recognizing individual team members. You are the eyes and ears of the team and you remain committed to removing obstacles to drive great team performance.
