Enrollees to high-deductible plan receive a $600 annual employer contribution ($1,000 if you cover dependents) to your Health Savings Account. Graphic Production Artist

The Graphic Production Artist evaluates customer art files and creates print ready proofs for production. You are the master of adjusting art to be pixel perfect and production-ready. In an ideal world, you believe all images should be clean, sharp and intentional. Your mathematical brain and sharp eye work in tandem to finalize and perfect digital images. Pay scale: $20.00/hr.

Rewind Operator - 2nd Shift

The Rewind Operator serves as the final stage of manufacturing for stickers and labels finished on a roll prior to the packaging and shipping stages of customer orders. At times, you may be required to operate other manufacturing machinery and equipment (e.g. shrink wrap machine and packaging / shipping station). Speed, accuracy and quality are your passions, but especially your ability to support the team and adapt to changes in order volume. Being a supportive member of a team and being “All In” come naturally to you. Pay scale: $16.50-17.00/hr.

Laser Operator (Spartanics) - 1st Shift

The Laser Operator - Spartanics primary focus is to deliver digital cutting expertise at large scale. You are a creative problem-solver who never tires with the thrill of getting things just right to make a high-quality product. Your mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are your strengths, but you also love to learn and share your knowledge with others. Staying positive, going the extra mile, and thinking up better ways to do things all come naturally to you. Pay scale: $17.00-18.50/hr.

The Machine Operator - Digicon’s primary focus is to deliver physical cutting expertise at large scale. You are a creative problem-solver who never tires with the thrill of getting things just right to make a high-quality product. The Press Operator's primary focus is to deliver digital printing expertise at large scale. You are a creative problem-solver who never tires with the thrill of getting things just right to make a high-quality product. Your mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are your strength, but you also love to learn and share your knowledge with others. Staying positive, going the extra mile, and thinking up better ways to do things all come naturally to you. Pay scale: $19.25-20.00/hr.

Software Developer

StickerGiant has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Software Developer. In this role, you’ll be collaborating with technical architects and product owners by building product features, debugging, performing manual and automated tests, and integrating 3rd party systems with our own. Success in this position means that you will assist product teams with bringing their creations to life. To do this, you’ll need to work with both front-end and back-end systems, and have a general understanding of how our systems interact and communicate. You should have the technical expertise to collaborate with other members of the development and product team discussions, helping to drive an adherence to industry best practices. Collaboration, communication, and a passion for learning new/challenging things should be your strengths. Pay scale: $80,000-95,000/annually.

Finance Analyst

The Finance Analyst is responsible for helping the organization make important business decisions based on financial data and key business metrics. You gather sets of data, assess data quality to understand outliers, and analyze the information to reach actionable conclusions related to cost, profitability, liquidity, etc. The projects might range from monthly budget-versus-actual analysis to capital expenditure ROI analysis to building headcount planning models. Your strong communication skills enable you to present your findings in creative ways to ensure the information is understood. Your favorite challenges are the ones that tap your innate analytical thinking skills to find answers to business questions and discover patterns in data that show where the company or a department can improve and/or grow now and in the future. Pay scale: $70,000-85,000/annually.
