Eleven StickerGiant employees recently took up the challenge to see how much weight could be lost over a ten week period. To sweeten the deal, a cash prize was offered to be the person with the highest percentage of weight loss from start to finish.
Over the course of that time, the participants collectively lost a total of 107 pounds, with four folks losing ten pounds a piece. Super cool!
So how did we do it?
"We biked, we ellipticalled, we treadmilled, we walked, we hiked, we ran, we lifted weights, and we rowed," explained Amy. "We drank more water, we watched what we ate, and we transformed our thoughts."
All-in-all, the Magnificent Eleven logged more than "900 hours of sweat and watching calories."
Mini-challenges included a 1.5 mile jog, a temptation breakfast and nutrition questions, and a grueling slate of resistance tests (wall sits, planks, lateral arm raises).
Tom took the top spot, losing a whopping 12.47% of his starting body weight. He's on his way to a total personal weight loss of 100 pounds.

"The challenge raised our energy, struck up some friendly competition and simply got us moving!" said Amy. "Of course I'd do it again, it ended up being a lot more fun than I thought it would".
