What do people really dig about your product/services?:
One aspect folks really enjoy about the dude ranch vacation industry is the amount of activities guests can enjoy during a visit - from horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, bonfires, hayrides, and in some locations even trap/skeet, spa visits, & river rafting!
I can't leave out the scenery, though.. Most ranches are nestled in remote areas where the surrounding scenery can take your breath away, and really helps visitors relax during a vacation stay.
Because of this, dude ranch vacations have often been described as 'Summer Camp for Adults' : )
Who are the awesome people behind the curtain at your company/project and what do they do?:
I guess you'd call me the jack-of-all trades here, as I'm the webmaster and pull all the levers behind the scenes.
Additionally, though, I spend a good bit of my time helping spread the word for the dude ranch vacation industry, and help educate those who might not understand how much the industry has evolved over the years into an amazing group & family vacation destination.
Why/How do you use stickers as a marketing or outreach tactic?:
We use stickers as a marketing & outreach tactic because we appreciate their tangible aspects. We're a digital company, and our product is information, so the more we can connect, tangibly, with our current & potential customers, the better.
What advice would you give to a company thinking about using stickers as a marketing tactic to wow their fans. What has worked for you, what hasn’t, etc?:
We found that stickers helped further establish our brand and solidified our position within our industry.
And from a return-on-investment standpoint, one of the best bangs-for-our-buck..
